Our Serviced Apartments is ideal for couples, business travellers, solo adventurers, digital nomads and corporate clients.

This JJH studio Serviced Apartment is located in the North side of Singapore near the CBD. Going to the Orchard Road or Clarke Quay is only a 20 minutes away.

For your gastronomic adventures, the Serangoon and kovan areas are a merely 7 mins away. For local delights, try the hawker centre! I’d recommend you to go to the kovan Food Centre ~ that’s just 5 mins bus ride away or one station away.

This Serviced Apartments unit will be your private home in Singapore. It comes with a Queen size bed (150cm x 200cm) ~ fits a couple (2 pax) with some space to move around. The service apartment is fully air-conditioned and has a solid WIFI internet connection for your personal and business needs.

Regular housekeeping service will be scheduled weekly on​ weekday mornings/early afternoons​ and is pre-arranged prior check-in. As the schedule has been coordinated prior, we seek for guests to be understanding and comply with the arranged schedule. Rescheduling might take place in the event of a public holiday and will be communicated prior.​

Cleaning consists of general cleaning of the apartment, as well as a change of fresh towels and toilet paper during the housekeeping. We change the bed linen once a week.
Cleaning does not include guests’ personal laundry or​ unwashed dishes in the sink.

And as most guests would ask, there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board inside the apartment itself (not shared with other guests). We will provide a detergent starter pack for you.

Security Deposit

A security deposit equivalent to 1 month’s rent is required to confirm your booking.

We will hold the security deposit for the entire duration of your stay and refund it in full within 10 days of checking-out, provided there are no missing/damaged items/over-consumption of utilities. In which case, we will deduct these charges from the security deposit.

While we make every effort to return the security deposit as promptly as we can, in some cases, we would need to wait for the final utilities bill which may delay the refund of up to 3-4 weeks.

If the security deposit is to be returned to an overseas bank account, the bank transfer charges will be borne by the tenant.

The security deposit CANNOT be used to offset the last month’s rent.


Free​ utilities* is capped at:

S$70/week for 1-Bedroom
S$150/month for 1-Bedroom
S$200/month for 2-Bedroom
S$250/month for 3-Bedroom

Utilities usage that exceeds the capped amount will be chargeable.

* Utilities:​ water, and​ electricity usage.

The weeks/month utility cap covers both the amount of water and electricity usage and is inclusive in the weeks/ monthly booking rate of the corporate serviced apartment.​

If guests exceed the usage cap, the extra amount will be reflected in the final bill upon check-out. It is recommended for guests to conserve energy by switching off air conditioning and lightings when not in use.​

All apartments are subject to availability, unless a booking fee are paid and agreement is signed.

A minimum non-refundable booking fee of S$1000 is necessary for the confirmation of the apartment. This amount will be offset against the rent.

We require $200 security deposit in advanced.

Security deposit will be refunded within 14 days after check out.

Extension is subject to availability and required two weeks prior notice.

Our MINIMUM STAY is 7 nights. ◄◄ This is very important to know.
■ We have 1 service lifts (elevators) for you to use.
■ We have a designated Smoking Area near the open parking space downstairs.
■ Lost set of keys are chargeable at S$50 per set.

We have a Management Office downstairs and I will be available for you during office hours from Mondays to Saturdays between 9am to 5pm. You can always message me via the AirBnb app and I’ll reply to you as soon as I can.

Weekly Housekeeping Services

You will be informed of your weekly housekeeping schedule prior to check-in. You do not need to be present at the time of housekeeping.

Please let us know in advance if you do not require any housekeeping services, or if you require additional cleaning services (extra charges apply).

The housekeeper’s duties are fixed as follows:

  1. Clean bedrooms, living room, kitchen, toilets
  2. Vacuum and mop floors
  3. Change bedlinen and towels
  4. Clear rubbish
